Billing principles
What counts—and what stays separate
Connected duration
The first 60 seconds of each connected call are included. Waiting time while connected counts. Excess seconds are summed across calls and prorated at €0.03 per minute. Short calls cannot offset longer ones. Only the monthly total is rounded, never individual calls.
Separate services
VAT, phone numbers, SIP/carrier traffic, SMS and additional integration scope are separate. Setup is one-time and shown apart from the monthly estimate.
Capacity by design
Simultaneous-call capacity is agreed during setup to match your operation.
Volume plans set a minimum base-call charge; extra duration is added afterwards. The product’s monthly minimum applies to the resulting recurring total.
