Scope

These terms govern the public Calltropic marketing website. They do not govern a Calltropic application, customer account, telephony service, subscription or paid project. Those services are supplied under separate terms agreed with the relevant customer.

The website is operated by the company identified on our company details page. In these terms, “we” means that company and “you” means a visitor to the website.

Permitted use

You may use the website to learn about Calltropic, evaluate our products and contact us. You must use it lawfully and without interfering with its security, availability or use by others.

Do not attempt unauthorized access, probe or overload the site, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that degrades the service, submit unlawful or misleading material, infringe another person's rights, or use the contact form for spam.

Brand and content

Calltropic, our logos, the product names Commerce, Reach, Frontdesk and Dispatch, the slogan “AI Communication Platform”, and the website's copy, illustrations, layout and code are owned by us or used under licence. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners.

You may view and print pages for your own evaluation and share links to them. Copying, republishing, adapting or commercially exploiting our content, or using our brand in a way that suggests an association or endorsement, requires prior written permission.

Website information

This website is marketing information, not a technical specification, binding offer, quotation or professional advice. Product capabilities, integrations and availability may change. A proposal becomes binding only when the relevant parties enter into a separate written agreement.

Figures about response times, no-shows, order confirmation, speed to lead or similar outcomes are illustrative industry averages and not guaranteed results. They are not Calltropic customer results. Actual outcomes depend on each customer's calls, data, systems and processes.

Enquiries

Submitting the contact form asks us to respond; it does not create a contract or payment obligation. Provide accurate contact details and do not include confidential information or personal data about another person unless you are authorised to share it.

We may decline abusive, automated or irrelevant submissions. Our Privacy Policy explains how enquiry data is handled.

Availability, links and liability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend or withdraw content at any time.

Bulgarian law governs these terms and disputes concerning use of the website are subject to the competent Bulgarian courts. If you use the website as a consumer, this does not remove any mandatory protection given by the law of the country where you habitually reside.
