Your choice

This policy covers cookies, local storage and similar browser technologies used by the Calltropic marketing website and shared consent system. Our Privacy Policy explains the related processing of personal data.

Preferences, analytics and marketing are disabled by default. No optional script loads or executes before you opt in to its category. Necessary technologies remain active because they deliver the site, protect forms, remember your decision and provide core functionality.

The banner gives equal prominence to Accept all and Reject all. Manage preferences lets you choose optional categories individually. Refusing optional categories does not prevent you from using the public website.

The four categories

• Necessary. Security, fraud prevention, language selected by you, consent records and core functionality. This category is always active.
• Preferences. Optional settings that remember how you want a Calltropic service to behave. This category is disabled until you enable it.
• Analytics. Optional measurements that help us understand website use and performance. This category is disabled until you enable it.
• Marketing. Optional campaign measurement or relevance tools. This category is disabled until you enable it. No advertising or remarketing tool runs on this website today.

Necessary technologies in use

• calltropic_cookie_consent is the canonical consent cookie. It stores the four category choices, decision type, a unique decision identifier, update time and contract version 2. It does not store your name, email or enquiry. It is retained for up to one year.
• calltropic_cookie_consent_v2 mirrors the current record in local storage for the current origin. calltropic_cookie_consent_history_v2 keeps a bounded local history of up to 20 valid decisions so changes can be applied reliably. Records older than one year are invalid.
• NEXT_LOCALE remembers a language you explicitly select on this website. Maximum age: one year.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, when configured on the contact page, runs only to detect automated submissions. It processes technical browser signals and may use a short-lived technical value required for that security check. Its verification token expires after five minutes.

There is one exception worth stating plainly: our contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions, which may store a short-lived technical value necessary for that check.

Optional technologies in use

Analytics. Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights are loaded only after Analytics consent. Web Analytics measures page views in aggregated form without cookies; its daily visitor hash is discarded after 24 hours. Speed Insights measures route, device, network and web-performance data without identifying a visitor. Withdrawing Analytics unmounts both components immediately.

Preferences and Marketing. This marketing website does not currently run an optional preference, advertising or remarketing script. The categories remain available because the same consent choice is used by Calltropic applications. We will update this policy before adding a new optional provider or materially different purpose.

One choice across Calltropic

The consent cookie is available to calltropic.com and all of its subdomains, including current and future Calltropic services, so they can apply one consistent choice. The shared cookie is the canonical record; each origin mirrors it locally.

In production it uses Domain=.calltropic.com, Path=/, SameSite=Lax, Secure and a one-year maximum age. On localhost, the Domain attribute is omitted. Malformed, expired, older-version and unsupported records are rejected and the banner is shown again.

Change or withdraw consent

Use Cookie preferences in the footer of any page to review, change or withdraw your choice. A new decision takes effect immediately on the current origin and is reflected by other Calltropic subdomains when they next read the shared cookie.

When a category is withdrawn, its consent-managed components are unmounted and dynamically inserted scripts are removed where the browser permits. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it.

You can also inspect, block or delete site data in your browser. Deleting the consent record makes the banner appear again. Blocking necessary cookies can break authentication and core functionality.
